Your progress stays on your device. Advertising services process limited information to show ads and keep them working.
This privacy policy explains how Purgehold Games L.L.C. ("Purgehold," "we," or "us") handles information in the Android game Get Small and when you contact us about the game. It applies to Get Small; other Purgehold games may have different features and their own notices.
1. Information and why it is used
Game information on your device
Get Small saves scores, match statistics, unlocked and selected cosmetics, sound and vibration preferences, and counters used to space ads on your device. This information lets the game remember your progress and choices. We do not upload these local saves to a Purgehold server.
Information used by advertising services
When the game connects to advertising services, those services process information such as your IP address, approximate region inferred from it, app or installation identifiers, device and app technical information, and ad requests, views, interactions, and errors. This supports ad delivery, measurement, limits on repeated ads, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention. The information processed depends on the service and the privacy restrictions described below.
Information you choose to send
If you email us or use the game's bug-report email option, we receive your email address and any message, device details, screenshots, or other information you choose to send. We use this to respond, investigate problems, and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending sensitive information or information about children that is unnecessary for your request.
Features that do not collect information
Get Small does not require registration and does not offer player accounts, online multiplayer chat, cloud saves, or in-app purchases. The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location. We do not run a separate gameplay analytics or cloud crash-reporting service in the current game.
2. Advertising and sharing
Get Small displays banner and between-match ads through Unity LevelPlay, including ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. These services receive advertising information directly from the app. Ad-related data may also be handled by their service providers and advertising partners to deliver and operate ads, subject to the child-directed restrictions.
The game applies child-directed treatment to all players and requests restricted, contextual advertising instead of ads based on a profile of your interests across apps. The Android public release is configured to disable advertising-ID collection. We do not send a name, email address, or Purgehold account ID to advertising services.

Our email provider, Google, processes support correspondence. We may disclose information where needed to meet a legal obligation, respond to lawful requests, or protect users and the security of our services. We do not sell support messages or local game saves. Our ad configuration opts out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising.
Google Play, your device's backup service, and websites or apps you open from an ad operate under their own privacy policies. Device backups may include local game data depending on your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy. Visiting this website is covered by our website privacy notice.
3. Children's privacy
Get Small uses the same child-directed ad restrictions for everyone, including children and players whose age is unknown. The game does not ask players for a date of birth or create personal profiles. Advertising providers are instructed to limit processing to contextual advertising and supporting operations, rather than behavioral advertising.
A parent or guardian can contact purgehold@gmail.com to ask about a child's information, request access or deletion of information we hold, or report a privacy concern. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request and the parent's authority. If we learn we have received a child's personal information beyond what is permitted, we will delete it or take the steps required by applicable law. For data held directly by an ad provider, you can also use that provider's privacy-request process.
4. Retention and deletion
- Local game data: stays on your device until removed. On Android, open Settings, find Get Small under Apps, then use Storage / Clear storage (wording varies by device). This resets progress, unlocks, and settings. Uninstalling also removes the app's local data, but a device backup may restore it when you reinstall; manage those backups through your device or backup provider.
- Support correspondence: we keep it only as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request, handle related follow-ups, and meet legal or security obligations. You can request deletion by email. If we must retain some information, we will explain why.
- Advertising data: providers retain and delete it under their own policies. Clearing the game's storage does not delete data already received by an ad provider. Use the request options in Unity's linked policy, or contact us for help identifying the right provider.
There is no Get Small account to delete. We cannot remotely access or delete your device's local save.
5. Security and international processing
We limit access to support correspondence to people who need it to respond and operate the game, and use access-controlled email services. Local saves are stored in the app's device storage. Unity LevelPlay reports that information collected by its SDK is encrypted in transit; see its data collection and security information. Advertising providers describe their other safeguards in their privacy policies. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Our email and advertising providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country. Their policies describe processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
You can clear local game data, manage device backups, and choose what to send us by email. The game does not offer personalized advertising; device ad controls provide additional choices where supported.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on it; or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise rights concerning information we hold. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process support information to respond to your request and pursue our legitimate interests in supporting and securing the game, comply with legal obligations, or rely on consent where required. Advertising providers explain their legal bases in their policies.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required. New games or materially different features will be covered by an appropriate policy before they are introduced.
